Nancy Olnick and Giorgio Spanu Receive Award at the 2018 Putnam History Museum Gala

Congratulations to Magazzino Italian Art co-founders Nancy Olnick and Giorgio Spanu, this year’s recipients of the General Israel Putnam Trailblazer Award! The award, which honors those who have made outstanding contributions within the Putnam County community, was presented at the annual Putnam History Museum Gala held at the Highlands Country Club in Garrison, New York on Saturday, October 13, 2018.

Nancy Olnick and Giorgio Spanu were awarded for the construction of Magazzino Italian Art as a space for community gathering as well as artistic and cultural exchange.

Magazzino Italian Art extends a heartfelt thank you to all of the members of the community who have contributed to the success of Magazzino, and who were present to celebrate the prestigious award.
