Nancy Olnick Receives Trailblazer Award

The Putnam County Business Council has been recognizing business excellence and non-profit achievement since 2011. Honoring professional achievements and civic contributions in the Putnam County community, the Trailblazer Awards represent the highest acknowledgement from professional peer judges across the county.
Nancy Olnick, one of the Co-founders of Magazzino Italina Art Foundation, received the 2019 Trailblazer Award for Economic Development Leaders from the Putnam County Business Council on October 29, 2019 at Villa Barone in Mahopac, NY. She was joined by fellow Putnam County community members and winners Douglas Cunningham, Putnam County Courier, Putnam County News and Recorder, Jennifer Carlquist, Executive Director and Curator, Boscobel House and Gardens, Susan Branagan, Cold Spring Farmers' Market, Susan Kussin, Kent Countryside Nursery & Landscaping, Eliza Starbuck, Cold Spring Chamber, Danielle Pack McCarthy, Philipstown Behavioral Health Hub, Jason Angell, Ecological Citizen's Project, and Kate Liberman, Hudson Valley Shakespear Festival.
Over the years, the Trailblazer Awards have drawn more than 1,000 attendees to network and celebrate the best and brightest in Putnam. The annual gala has celebrated special categories, including “Enterpreneurial Spirit,” “The 40 under 40,” “Trailblazer Alumni,” and “Women in Leadership.”
